Who We Are
A community of students, faculty, and friends sitting together at Boston College.
The BC Buddhist Sangha is a student organization at Boston College dedicated to creating a warm, accessible space for contemplative practice. We meet twice a week โ once in a casual lounge setting, once in the Multi-Faith Chapel โ for guided meditation, dharma discussions, and the kind of quiet connection that's hard to find in a busy semester.
Our sessions are led by experienced practitioners and student volunteers. We draw from multiple Buddhist traditions โ Theravฤda, Zen, and Tibetan โ and are shaped by a spirit of openness: you don't need to be Buddhist, or have any experience at all, to walk through the door.
Questions? Email us at [email protected] โ and if you ever have trouble getting into 66 Comm Ave, just mail us and someone will come down.
We'd love to meet you
Fill out the form to get on our mailing list. We'll send you upcoming sessions, Sangha Slices, and all the tea.
The People Behind the Practice
The BC Buddhist Sangha is shaped by the people who show up โ to sit, to guide, to volunteer, and to keep the tea warm.
